As you know, following talks this week, Veolia have tabled an improved pay offer for workers based at the Padworth site.

Please use the below electronic ballot form to indicate whether you wish to accept or reject this pay offer before 9am on Monday morning.

There is still a live industrial action mandate, so a rejection of the offer will result in strike action from next week.
