Thinking Schools Academy Trust Pay Ballot 2024

As you may be aware, TSAT have put forward an interim pay offer.  Most schools and local councils in England and Wales all honour the same pay rises (through the National Joint Council or NJC), and this interim offer matches that which was offered nationally.

You can read the full offer document here, but the headline points are as follows:

  • To apply the £1,290 to the minimum and maximum of each pay group up to and including pay group 6
  • To apply 2.5% to the minimum and maximum of pay groups 7,8 and 9
  • To apply the relevant percentage uplift to salaries within the range
  • To apply 2.5% on all allowances
  • To be applied from November 2024 effective from 1st September 2024

Please use the below ballot form to cast your vote as to whether you wish to accept or reject this ballot.  This is your pay rise and as such GMB will not be making a recommendation about whether you should accept or reject the offer.

The ballot closes at 12noon on Friday 4th October, so please use your vote before then.  Any votes cast after this time will not be counted.
