GMB Southern Regions NJC Indicative Industrial Action Ballot

3 out 4 GMB members who took part in the recent pay ballot across Local Authorities, Schools and Councils voted to reject the NJC Employers 1.75% offer.

PLEASE TAKE PART IN THIS INDICATIVE INDUSTRIAL ACTION BALLOT

We are now asking you what next steps you want us to take and whether you are willing to take industrial action to push the government to make a better offer.

We now need our members to vote for industrial action to get the government to return to the negotiating table.

Please vote below.

Please note that we are only asking for your membership number below so we can ensure that only members vote and that nobody votes more than once.  We won't be checking your vote against your name, and won't be storing any of this data after the consultation period has ended.  Please note that if you do not provide your membership number, your vote will not be counted.  If you do not know your membership number, this will be on the email or text message you were sent which gave you this link.
