Learning Partners Academy Trust Pay Ballot 2024/25
GMB have been negotiating with management within Learning Partners Academy Trust and have received the following pay offer for school support staff across the Trust:
- Grades LPT 1-2 - Increase of 9% (In line with Surrey Pay Framework increases)
- Grades LPT 3-6- Increase of £1800 (In line with Surrey Pay Framework increases)
- Grades 7+ Increase of 5.5% (In excess of Surrey Pay Framework increases but in line with teaching staff increases)
If agreed, this pay rise will be backdated to 1st September 2024.
