Horniman Museum Pay Ballot 2021

As you will have seen in our recent email, GMB have been negotiating with museum management about your pay deal for this year.

The offer which has been tabled is one of no pay increase, due to the financial impact of the coronavirus pandemic, but an additional two days of 'goodwill' annual leave to be used during 2021.

Please complete the form below to let us know whether you are prepared to accept this offer, or wish to enter into dispute with the museum.  The deadline for completing your form is 5pm on 28th February 2021.
