Further to recent updates, GMB has been informed that, in light of the recent budget, Genting have revised the annual pay offer of 3% and have instead tabled an alternative offer as follows:

• An annual pay offer of 2%.
• Along with a one-off payment to be paid in December of 1.5% of your annual salary.
• All other elements of the offer remain the same.

We therefore need to re-ballot our members on this new offer, with apologies to any of you who have already cast your ballots.
