Forterra Pay Ballot 2023

As you will know, GMB have been in discussion with Forterra management since the previous pay offer was rejected on Monday 15^th May 2023.

The company has now offered the following pay offer:

6.2% pay rise across all rates backdated to 1^st January 2023.

The company say they are committed to review and discuss over the coming months, the other items which have been raised.

GMB now needs you to use the below form to tell us if you wish to accept this improved pay offer.

If the offer is rejected, GMB will commence a formal ballot for industrial action.

This ballot closes at 12noon on Friday 9^th June 2023, so complete the below form ASAP to make sure your vote is counted.
