Cases should only be referred to the Casework Team where there is no workplace representative, convenor or branch officer available to support the member.

After having completed the form, please do you not presume that your case is being supported unless/until you hear back from us.

If you have not heard back from us and your case is becoming urgent, please contact GMB Southern Region and ask to speak to a member of the casework team.
