In the recent indicative ballot, GMB members voted to REJECT the government pay offer for local government and schools overwhelmingly.

We have listened to you and the next stage in the process is to ballot formally for industrial action.

GMB are asking you to please consider putting your name forward as a Ballot Champion and help us deliver a YES vote for industrial action.

This can entail a lot of roles, from helping distribute workplace posters, to calling members to encourage them to vote, to checking which members have returned their ballot paper already.
