Following recent pay talks, your employer has made a new pay offer of 3% increase payable from 1^st October 2022.

In addition, all overtime worked will be payable after 40 weekly hours instead of 46 weekly hours, 45 in the case of Aerofreem.

GMB are making no recommendations on acceptance or rejection of the offer.  However, we believe that this is the best that can be achieved through negotiation.
