What would union members be willing to do for strike action?

Following the strike ballot, GMB needs to ask you what your strike action should look like.

We can bring you out for one of the three options below (one day, two days or a week) before then commencing rolling strike action.

We have to give 24hrs notice if we cancel a strike date, so we would have strike dates set for the rest of the month thereafter (the rolling action) but cancel each day 24hrs before, until Ofsted are also in, then bring you out.
