GMB SGN Pay Survey

GMB and our sister Trade Unions have been approached by Southern Gas Network Senior Management to enter into pay negotiations for members covered under the SGNC Agreement, the anniversary date of the pay negotiations being April 2022.

As a result, GMB Senior and Local Stewards are seeking from the membership your aspirations in respect of these negotiations.  We will do our upmost to achieve these aspirations during negotiations.

Set out below is a brief survey which should only take a minute to complete, please tick where appropriate and use the envelope provided and return immediately as the above is an opportunity you are not likely to get for some time.

    How important are these items in the up and coming pay negotiations are to you on a scale of 1 (Important) to 5 (Not Important)?
