Following the rejection of the last pay offer (4% across the board) Serco have made a revised offer in respect of pay negotiations for 2022/23.
- A 5% increase on all pay rates to all front-line staff, backdated to April 2022.
- A requirement to make 50% of standard annual bank holidays mandatory to work via a rota system for waste and cleansing service employees. Each employee would receive their contractual overtime rates/Lieu time accordingly in line with their Terms and Conditions.
