GMB raised a collective grievance in June 2021 on behalf of our members with the Surrey County Council in response to the council's intention to remove legacy enhancements for Unsocial Hours payments from our members who receive them.

Interim arrangements have been put in place whilst there have been negotiations around resolving the dispute.

The offer below is Surrey County Council's Final offer in relation to the Unsocial Hours Payments and we are now asking members whether they wish to ACCEPT or REJECT the offer.
