As per the email sent to GMB Southern Regional Equality Forum members, please complete the below form to indicate that you wish to be considered for election to GMB Southern Regional Council, and specifically to stand for one of the reserved seats only open to eligible REF members.

Please be aware that information about your eligibility will be shared with branches and members. We do however confirm that we will delete this information at a regional level when the regional council elections are completed and will ask GMB regional branches to do the same.
