GMB KCC Pay Survey 2022

Very soon GMB will be negotiating with your employer on your pay and terms and conditions of employment. We need you to tell us what you want to see in your pay award next year.

Over 95% of schools in England don’t use the TCP system and the GMB thinks it’s an unfair and complicated system. We would like to see it replaced with graded, incremental payscales, with a negotiated cost of living award applied each year.
