Graham Care management have proposed the following increases, with effect from 1st April 2021:

• National Minimum Wage increase to £8.91 per hour for all employees currently below this
• All other hourly paid employees to be increased by 0.7%, in line with the CPI

Please note that, if you choose to vote to ‘REJECT’ the offer then this would give a clear indication that you wish to go forward into dispute with Graham Care, which could include industrial action should the outcome of the ballot be sufficient.
