Whether it’s supporting a teacher, helping a child, or working with the most vulnerable students, TA’s make our schools better places.
In these circumstances it is more important than ever to belong to a trade union. Collectively your voice is stronger. On an individual level we represent members in grievance and disciplinary meetings, offer legal advice and also offer criminal legal support in the case of false allegations being made.
