Asda ALS – GMB Consultative Ballot Paper for Warehouse & Clerical Staff

Asda have made Warehouse & Clerical colleagues a pay offer of 65p per hour on base rates of pay, with 40p from Jan and an additional 25p from May.  Dependent on location, this represents an increase of between 4.98% and 6.1%.

The GMB is not attaching any formal recommendation to this offer, this is a decision for our members to make.

If you reject this offer, you should be prepared to vote for strike action in a formal industrial action ballot.
