GMB has been made aware that there may be some discrimination going on within the AA, on the grounds of age and the type of contract our members are employed on.

Please can all AA employees - whether you are a GMB member or not - complete the below questionnaire, so we can check whether there is any discrimination taking place, and if so look to deal with it in the appropriate way, which would normally be via a collective grievance.  Please forward this questionnaire to all of your colleagues, not just those in GMB.
