Save the Brighton & Hove Ranger ServiceShare on Twitter Share on Facebook

Posted: 02 Dec 2015

GMB are organising a petition against the proposals to make major cuts to the Ranger Service within Brighton & Hove Council.  GMB believes that this service is vital for the maintenance of the area’s green spaces and for encouraging people to get involved with the countryside.

Please sign the below petition, which we will send to councillors within Brighton & Hove to ask them to reject these proposals.

Save the Brighton & Hove Ranger Service

Brighton & Hove City Council Rangers provide a unique and valuable service for the residents, visitors and wildlife of our city. Cutting the Ranger service would be hugely detrimental and result in our green spaces falling into disrepair. We call on Councillors to reject the proposal to cut the ranger service and save all rangers jobs to ensure our green spaces continue to be safe and accessible to all.
